When it comes to team staffing, just like with everything related to wedding planning, be sure to over prepare. Always make sure you bring one more person than you think you need. You never know when a mishap will take place causing you to send one of your associates to run an errand off-site, to work on a last minute request for the client, or simply correct a mistake you and your team may have made. When you're understaffed, you add undue stress on yourself and your team, and you put the success of the celebration as a whole at risk. It's worth the peace of mind and the extra investment to overstaff. Worst case scenario, you spend a few extra dollars, everything goes smoothly and your team isn't running around like chickens with their heads cut off.
